Bill Burr cast in upcoming Kevin Costner drama

Hot on the heels of the wild success of the Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy flick The Heat – in which Bill Burr plays Mark Mullins – the veteran comedian has landed another role in a high profile movie. Burr has been cast in Black and White, an upcoming drama starring Kevin Costner, according to Deadline. The movie revolves around Costner’s character, a widowed grandfather who has been raising his bi-racial granddaughter ever since his daughter died giving birth. When the little girl’s paternal grandmother pops up a race-based custody battle ensues.
