Comedian Joe Rogan’s new show, Joe Rogan Questions Everything. The unscripted SyFy show, which premieres Wednesday, July 24 at 10 pm ET, follows the former Fear Factor host as he criss-crosses the country shedding light on popular fringe subjects. Along with his faithful funny pal, comedian Duncan Trussell, the two speak with scientists, anthropologists, engineers and guys who just camp out in the woods at night.
Rogan has been interested in fringe subjects even when he was a kid. He would listen to sci-fi radio shows and read Steven King novels. Since then, he explores various topics on his hugely popular podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience. Joe Rogan Questions Everything explores topics such as Bigfoot, man-made viruses and weaponized weather. The show claims not to have an agenda to prove or disprove a particular theory. “All the shows that I ever saw were either debunking shows where they immediately dismiss it. Or they were shows that embraced every ridiculous possibility,” Rogan says, adding that he hopes to bring the two camps together and claims to go into each subject with a “completely open mind.”
Is there a Sasquatch? Can people control objects with their minds? Will robots one day pose a threat to the human race? Rogan is willing to say, “Hey, who knows?” But that doesn’t mean he’s afraid to call conspiracy theorists out when he thinks they’re completely nuts.
Catch Joe Rogan Questions Everything on SyFy on Wednesdays at 10 pm ET.
