“Eternally-optimistic.” Check. “Constant do-gooder.” Check. If we didn’t know better, we’d say that Craig McCracken, (creator of Powerpuff Girls and Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends) was describing Jack McBrayer’s character Kenneth Parcel from 30 Rock. Playing opposite April Winchell (Phineas and Ferb), McBrayer will be making his Disney Channel debut as an “intergalactic traveler” on Sept. 13. Need more proof besides us telling you?
