Margaret Cho announces multi-national tour dates for ‘Mother’

Tireless veteran comedian Margaret Cho today announced dates for her upcoming multi-national stand-up tour, Mother, which kicks off in Georgia next month and ends in Germany in December. The 90-minute live show largely centers on Cho’s Korean mother. “It’s great because I get to put a lot of emphasis on my own mother,” Cho says about the show. “My mother did not prepare me for the world. First, I was named the poetic Korean name “moran” which was perfect for the kids at school to call me “moron” and set me up for a good quarter century of therapy. However, I can clean a fish with my bare hands. So there are pros and cons of being from an Asian immigrant family.”

Cho will also be back guest co-hosting The View on ABC tomorrow and Friday— so be sure to check her out! Pre-sale for all tickets to Mother goes down July 29, while dates officially go on sale Aug. 2. Full tour dates are below; check out MargaretCho.com for more info and ticket purchasing links.
