Comedienne Tig Notaro has had ups and downs over the past two years. She was first diagnosed with breast cancer back in July 2012 and had a double mastectomy. She then bounced back and had a stellar year with her inspiring album Live and writing gig on Inside Amy Schumer. Notaro recently recorded a segment of Rookie Magazine’s “Ask a Grown Woman,” which has grown viral via the positivity-driven Upworthy.com. She fielded questions from teenaged girls who asked her about body image, loneliness, and losing a parent. Watch the uplifting video below!
