GRAND RAPIDS — As part of the 10-day Gilda’s LaughFest here, a much younger crop of upcoming comedians had the chance to sling jokes at the public library. This is a very brief glimpse of one of the many great, free events throughout the festival. If it doesn’t make you smile, we’re not sure what will.
The money raised throughout the 10-day Gilda’s LaughFest goes to support the services of Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids. Gilda’s Club provides support for cancer patients and their families and friends affected. This year, LaughFest welcomed a dizzying array of comedic talent that included Jay Leno, Mike Birbiglia, Chris Tucker, Jen Kirkman and many more.
