One of the masterminds behind the ultra popular Chappelle’s Show, writer Neal Brennan and comedian Dov Davidoff have inked a deal with Showtime to produce a sketch series pilot.

Though the show, Seek and Destroy, was purchased by the cable giant a year ago, the news that development has begun, has just surfaced. Shooting will begin next month.

The Wrap reports that the show, if picked up, will be “a half hour comedy that will star Brennan and Davidoff as a pair of comedians who begin each day talking about life at a coffee shop. It will feature their stories along with sketches, man-on-the-street interviews and other elements.”
