Rainn Wilson's highly anticipated Office spinoff The Farm has been killed and will, instead, go the way of another one of the network's false starts The Munsters. Just like the classic show, which, in lieu of the expected full series reboot was aired as a one-off Halloween special last week, Wilson's all-things-Dwight sitcom will run as an episode during The Office's more...

When NBC kicked freshman series Animal Practice to the curb last week, and replaced it with the second season of Whitney, I thought fellow first-year effort Guys With Kids (which was scoring only infinitesimally better ratings than Animal Practice) would follow and -- alas -- Community's fourth season would begin where the stuck-in-the-1950s-themed sitcom (What??? Men more...

You're likely well aware that Community was supposed to premiere tonight at 8:30 pm ET. But then NBC decided it wasn't going to premiere tonight. They did the same thing to Whitney, which was supposed to premiere tonight right before Community. But then NBC canceled Animal Practice and shuffled Whitney into that Wednesday slot. But, still no word on Community. The more...

And now we hear that Dane Cook's show Next Caller, set for a midseason start has been pulled entirely-- even after shooting four episodes. Cook told his nearly 3 million more...

Thousands of dedicated fans (humans) will not be happy to hear that, despite its official scheduling announcement in June and a trailer released in August hyping its fourth season, NBC has decided cult favorite Community will not return to the network on Oct. 19. One half of comedy's favorite television nerd bromance (Troy + Abed), Donald Glover, is producing a comedy series for NBC! It seems Glover -- also known as Childish Gambino in the hip-hop world -- is busying himself outside of the stand-up comedy world and playing Troy on Community. He's joined forces with Emmy-winning 30 Rock writer and co-executive producer Matt Hubbard more...

Salt Lake City's NBC affiliate may have banned The New Normal from airing in and around their gay-hating, Mormon-soaked, God-fearing city but they cannot ban the Internet. The more human citizens of that locale will be able to peep the show, which centers around a gay couple (played by Justin Bartha and Andrew Rannells) who hire Goldie, a young woman (Georgia King) to more...
