Pollstar magazine has just named comedian/ventrioloquist Jeff Dunham as the top grossing touring comedian of 2009 in its recent Top Tours ranking. His ticket sales added up to a whopping $34.6 million, more than doubling the numbers that gave him the same top ranking in 2008....
